How to Invite and Manage Your Team in Lyniro

Invite your CS team, set the right roles, and manage your workspace.

Inviting Team Members

Add people to your Lyniro workspace.

How do I invite a team member?

Go to Settings → Team

Click Invite member

Enter their work email address

Select their role: Owner, Admin, or Member

Click Send invite

They receive an email with a link to join your workspace. The invite expires after 7 days. If it expires, go back to Settings → Team and send a new invite.

What is the difference between Owner, Admin, and Member?

Owner: Full access to everything — plans, settings, billing, team management, and integrations. Only one owner per workspace.

Admin: Full access to plans and team management. Can invite and remove members. Can manage integrations and settings. Cannot change billing.

Member (CSM): Can create and manage plans. Can view all plans in the workspace. Cannot manage team, billing, or integrations.

💡 Tip: Make your direct manager an Admin so they can see the leadership dashboard and team performance. CSMs should be Members.

What are Viewer seats and how do I add them?

Viewers have read-only access — they can see plans and tasks but cannot create, edit, or send anything.

Viewers are useful for: sales reps who want to check their customer's onboarding status, executives who need portfolio visibility without editing anything.

Viewer seats are always free and do not count toward your plan seat limit.

Managing Your Team

Change roles and handle team changes.

How do I change someone's role?

Find the team member in the list

Click the role dropdown next to their name

Select the new role — changes take effect immediately

How do I remove a team member?

Click the Remove button

Confirm in the dialog

After removal, they can no longer log into your Lyniro workspace. All their plans and data remain in the workspace.

What happens to plans when a CSM leaves?

Plans remain in your workspace and are still fully visible to all remaining team members. The plans are not deleted or hidden.

To reassign plans to another CSM, open each plan and change the assigned CSM in the plan header.

Can team members see each other's plans?

Yes. All plans in a workspace are visible to all team members regardless of who created them. This ensures continuity when a CSM is on leave or transitions out.

How do I resend an invite that has expired?

Go to Settings → Team

Find the pending invite in the Pending Invites section

Click Resend

A new invite email is sent with a fresh 7-day expiry
