Creating Your Account

Sign up and get inside Lyniro.

How do I sign up for Lyniro?

Go to app.lyniro.com

Click "Create account"

Enter your name, work email address, and company name

Check your email for a confirmation link

Click the confirmation link — you land directly on your Dashboard

💡 Tip: Use your work email, not a personal one. Your company name appears in all emails sent to your clients.

Can I sign in with Google instead of creating a password?

On the login page at app.lyniro.com/login, click "Continue with Google"

Choose your Google account

You are logged in and taken to your Dashboard immediately — no password needed

💡 Tip: Google sign-in works for CSM and team member accounts. Client portal access uses magic links, not Google.

Can I try Lyniro before paying?

Yes. The Free plan lets you manage up to 3 active onboarding plans with no time limit. No credit card required.

When you are ready to grow, upgrade from Settings → Subscription. Your plans and data carry over automatically.

Your First Plan

Get your first customer onboarding within 15 minutes.

What should I do first after signing up?

Follow these three steps in order:

Go to Templates (left sidebar) → click New template → add your standard onboarding stages and tasks

Back on the Dashboard, click New Customer → enter the customer name → select your template → click Create

Open the new plan → Contacts tab → click Add contact → enter your client's name and email → click Grant portal access

💡 Tip: Do not aim for a perfect template on day one. Start with 5-6 tasks covering the most important onboarding steps. You can refine it after your first onboarding.

How long does it take to set up from scratch?

Most teams are running their first onboarding plan within 15 minutes:

  • Creating a template: 5-10 minutes
  • Creating the first plan from that template: 2 minutes
  • Adding contacts and sending portal access: 2 minutes

What if I have existing customers in a spreadsheet?

On the Dashboard, click Import CSV

Upload your spreadsheet (CSV or Excel format)

Map your columns: Customer Name is required, Company and Email are optional

Select a template to apply to all imported plans

Preview the list → click Import

Each row in your spreadsheet becomes one onboarding plan. Contacts are imported automatically if you include an email column.
