These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lyniro ("Service"), operated by Lyniro ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Lyniro provides a B2B customer onboarding platform that allows customer success teams to create onboarding plans, assign tasks to clients, and track completion. The Service is available at app.lyniro.com.
2.1 You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
2.3 You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your company to these Terms.
2.4 One account per company workspace. You may invite team members within your workspace.
You may use Lyniro only for lawful business purposes.
You may NOT:
4.1 You own all data you upload to Lyniro.
4.2 You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.
4.3 You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any personal data (including your customers' contact details).
4.4 We will not use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service.
5.1 Free plan: available with limitations at no cost, no credit card required.
5.2 Paid plans: billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed at lyniro.com/#pricing. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
5.3 Payment: due monthly in advance. Failed payments will result in a 7-day grace period before account suspension.
5.4 Refunds: we do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the billing period.
5.5 Cancellation: cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. No cancellation fees.
Where a free trial is offered, it lasts for the period specified at signup. After the trial, you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
7.1 Lyniro and its technology are our intellectual property.
7.2 Your data remains yours.
7.3 Feedback you provide about the Service may be used by us to improve the Service without compensation.
8.1 We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee it.
8.2 Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
8.3 We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Supabase, AWS, Vercel, Resend, Stripe).
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms.
11.1 You may close your account at any time from Settings.
11.2 We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
11.3 Upon termination: your data is retained for 30 days then deleted. You may export your data before closing your account.
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified by email or in-app notification with 14 days notice. Continued use after notice means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
