A. Information you provide directly:
- Account information: name, work email address, company name
- Plan and task data: customer names, contact details, onboarding notes
- Payment information: processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers
B. Information collected automatically:
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration
- Device information: browser type, operating system
- IP address (used for security and fraud prevention only)
C. Information from third parties:
- CRM data you import (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive) — this data is processed on your behalf as a data processor
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the Lyniro platform
- Send transactional emails (task notifications, magic links)
- Respond to support requests
- Improve the product based on usage patterns
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
We do NOT:

4. Your Customers' Data
When you use Lyniro to onboard your customers, you are the "data controller" and we are the "data processor" for that data.
We process your customers' data only on your instructions. We do not contact your customers independently or use their data for any purpose other than operating the platform for you.

5. Data Storage And Security
- All data is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted on AWS infrastructure in the South Asia (Mumbai) region via Supabase
- Data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3
- Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256
- Access is controlled by Row-Level Security at the database level
- Each workspace's data is isolated from all other workspaces
- We maintain daily automated backups retained for 7 days
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies only:
- Authentication session cookie (required to keep you logged in)
- Preference cookies (dark mode setting, etc.)
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
If you use our website (lyniro.com), we use analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand how visitors use the site. You can opt out by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser.
7. Data Retention
- Active account data: retained while your account is active
- After account deletion: data deleted within 30 days
- Backup retention: 7 days
- Activity logs: retained for 12 months then automatically deleted
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to certain types of processing
