Starter — $79/month:

  • 15 active plans

  • Unlimited viewers

Growth — $199/month:

  • 50 active plans

  • API access
  • Priority support

Scale — $399/month:

  • Everything in Growth
  • Custom contract available

What counts as an "active plan"?

An active plan is any plan with a status of In Progress. Completed plans do not count toward your limit — you can have unlimited completed plans on any tier.

When a customer finishes onboarding and you mark their plan as complete, that slot frees up for a new customer.

Do Viewer seats count toward my plan limit?

No. Viewer seats are always free and do not count toward your team member limit or your plan limit. You can add unlimited viewers on any plan.

Upgrading and Payments

You are redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page

Payment is processed and your new limits are active immediately

What payment methods are accepted?
  • All major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • For Indian customers: UPI and Rupay card

Is there an annual discount?

Yes. Annual pricing is available at a discount compared to monthly billing. Email help@lyniro.com for annual pricing details and to set up an annual invoice.

Can I cancel at any time?

Cancel from the Stripe billing portal

You retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan limits (3 active plans, 2 members). Your data is never deleted.

Limits and Usage

How limits work in practice.

What happens when I reach my plan limit?

When you try to create a plan that would exceed your active plan limit, Lyniro shows a limit warning with two options:

  • Upgrade to a higher tier
  • Mark an existing plan as complete to free up a slot

You cannot create new plans beyond your limit.

Can I downgrade to a lower plan?

Yes, but your active plan count must be within the lower plan's limit before downgrading. For example, to downgrade from Growth (50 plans) to Starter (15 plans), you need 15 or fewer active plans.
