How do I update my profile?

Go to Settings → Profile

Update your first name, last name, and email address

Click Save changes

How do I change my password?

Go to Settings → Password

Enter your current password

Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)

Re-enter the new password to confirm

Click Update password

💡 Tip: If you signed up with Google, you do not have a password. Use Google sign-in instead.

Company Branding

Make the client portal match your brand.

How do I add my company logo to the client portal?

Go to Settings → Company

Scroll to the Brand settings section

In the Logo URL field, paste a link to your company logo image

A preview appears below the field — check it looks correct

Click Save

💡 Tip: Use a PNG or SVG image hosted anywhere publicly accessible (Google Drive, your website, Dropbox). The logo appears in the client portal header.

How do I set my brand colour?

Go to Settings → Company → Brand settings

Click the colour picker next to Brand colour

Choose your primary brand colour

Click Save

Your brand colour is used for buttons and the progress bar in the client portal.

How do I set the email sender name?

Go to Settings → Email

Enter your Sender name — for example "Sarah at Acme Corp"

Enter your Reply-to email — for example "sarah@acmecorp.com"

Click Save

Task emails will be sent as "Sarah at Acme Corp via Lyniro". When clients hit Reply, their reply goes to your reply-to address.

Email Templates

Customise the emails clients receive.

How do I edit the emails sent to clients?

Go to Settings → Email Templates

Find the email type you want to edit:

— Task assigned to client

— Task reminder

— Portal access invitation

— Task blocked notification (to CSM)

— Onboarding complete

Click Edit on any template

In the editor: change the subject line and email body. Use these placeholders and they will be replaced automatically:

  • {{customer_name}} — the client's customer name
  • {{task_title}} — the task title
  • {{vendor_name}} — your company name
  • {{plan_url}} — link to the plan

Click Reset to default to restore the original template.

API Keys

For developers connecting to the Lyniro API.

How do I generate an API key?

Go to the Developers page from the left sidebar

Click Create new key

Enter a name for the key (e.g. "Production integration")

Click Create

Copy the full key immediately — it is only shown once

⚠️ Note: After you close the dialog, the full key is never shown again. Only the first 8 characters are visible as a reference. If you lose the key, revoke it and create a new one.

How do I revoke an API key?

Go to the Developers page

Find the key in the list

Click Revoke

The key is deactivated immediately — any system using it will stop working
