Task emails will be sent as "Sarah at Acme Corp via Lyniro". When clients hit Reply, their reply goes to your reply-to address.

Email Templates
Customise the emails clients receive.
In the editor: change the subject line and email body. Use these placeholders and they will be replaced automatically:
- {{customer_name}} — the client's customer name
- {{task_title}} — the task title
- {{vendor_name}} — your company name
- {{plan_url}} — link to the plan
Click Reset to default to restore the original template.
